Refund and Returns Policy

At SS CREATIONS, we carefully prepare and manufacture products according to the customer’s requirements. Since many of our products can be customized with logos, artwork, names, photographs, business information, colors, shapes, and other specifications, our return and refund policy depends on the type of product and the reason for the return.

Please read the following policy before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

Customized products are made specifically according to the information, artwork, design, or requirements provided by the customer.

Because these products are personalized, customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected incorrect information, or no longer requires the product.

Before production, customers should carefully verify:

• Logo
• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Website
• QR code
• Spelling
• Colors
• Product quantity
• Design and artwork
• Other customization details

Once the customer approves the final design or production begins, changes may not be possible.

2. Non-Customized Products

For eligible non-customized products, a return or replacement may be considered if the product:

• Arrives damaged
• Is defective
• Is materially different from the product ordered
• Has a manufacturing issue

The product must be reported within the applicable return period mentioned on the product/order page.

3. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us verify the issue, you may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Photographs of the package
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Video of opening the package, where available
• Description of the issue

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

After reviewing the information, SS CREATIONS may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

4. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the received product.

After verification, we may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Defective Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:

• Order number
• Product photographs/videos
• Description of the defect
• Delivery details

We will review the issue and determine whether the product qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Incorrect Customer Information

SS CREATIONS is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Examples include:

• Incorrect address
• Incorrect spelling
• Incorrect logo
• Incorrect QR code
• Incorrect artwork
• Incorrect quantity
• Incorrect customization details

Customers are encouraged to carefully check all information before approving the design.

7. Change or Cancellation of Order

If you want to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation or modification may not be possible once:

• The design has been finalized
• Custom artwork has been prepared
• Production has started
• The product has been dispatched

For customized orders, any refund for cancellation will depend on the stage of production and costs already incurred.

8. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, the product may need to meet the following conditions:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in its original condition
• Original packaging should be retained
• Product should not have been altered or damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase/order details may be required

Customized products may be subject to different return conditions.

9. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

The exact refund amount may depend on:

• Customization or production costs
• Shipping or other applicable charges

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may not be refundable in cases where:

• The customer changes their mind
• The customer provides incorrect delivery information
• The product is customized according to the customer’s approved requirements
• The return is not due to a defect, damage, or error on our part

Where the issue is verified to be due to an error or defect attributable to SS CREATIONS, the applicable return/replacement shipping arrangement will be communicated to the customer.

Returns or refunds may not be accepted where damage has occurred because of:

• Accidental damage

12. Bulk and Business Orders

For bulk, corporate, promotional, or customized orders, return and refund terms may differ depending on the order quantity, customization, production requirements, and agreed quotation.
